• Your app platform and version.
• The support identifier shown in the app, if available.
• Whether the issue involved stream subtitles, generated captions, or translation.
• The approximate time and language, without including private playlist details.

Do not email provider passwords, playlist URLs, API keys, or raw payment credentials. Apple controls App Store charges and refund decisions; we can investigate Meridian grants and usage after Apple reports the transaction.
