Terms of Use

These terms govern the Awesome IPTV app and Meridian cloud features provided by Mars Voyage LLC. The app license is also governed by the standard Apple end-user license agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's agreement or mandatory law, the controlling agreement or law applies.

Your sources and rights

Awesome IPTV is a media player. It does not provide television channels, movies, series, or playlists. You are responsible for the sources you add, the credentials you use, applicable provider terms, and having the rights needed to access and process that content. Do not use the app to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, or violate law.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions unlock the app features described at purchase. Apple bills, renews, cancels, and refunds App Store purchases under your Apple account settings and applicable Apple terms. Restoring purchases requires the same Apple account and a verifiable transaction.

AI Hours

When offered through the App Store, 5 AI Hours is a consumable purchase providing five hours of eligible Meridian cloud caption or translation processing. Purchased AI Hours do not expire, do not renew, have no cash value, and are not pooled through Family Sharing. The app does not automatically charge for additional hours.

Opening the caption picker, connecting to Meridian, using subtitles already in a stream, or completing supported work on the device does not consume AI Hours. Meridian meters eligible cloud work only after it produces accepted, usable caption or translation output. Network interruption, stale output, rejected output, and provider failure are not intended to consume paid time.

A one-time trial may provide up to ten minutes before a purchase is required. Trial availability is determined by verified app identity and is not guaranteed after reset, reinstall, device transfer, or abuse. If Apple revokes or refunds a consumable transaction, Meridian may reverse the corresponding unused grant or adjust the balance to prevent duplicate value.

Service behavior

Stream metadata, device support, spoken-language detection, and third-party AI providers are imperfect. Captions may be late, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for safety-critical use. Meridian may change routing or temporarily stop a failing provider. Cloud-caption failure must not disable ordinary playback or native stream subtitles.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer, automate abusive requests against, or evade the security and usage limits of the app or Meridian. We may suspend cloud access needed to protect users, providers, or the service while preserving lawful rights to previously purchased value where required.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app and service are provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot be disclaimed. Mars Voyage LLC is responsible for claims concerning the app; Apple is not responsible for Meridian operations, support, or third-party caption providers. Nothing here limits rights that applicable consumer law does not permit us to limit.
